Google Calendar

Connect Google Calendar to BotDojo so agents can list, create, update, and delete calendar events.

Before You Start​

You will need:

  • A Google account with Calendar access
  • Access to BotDojo's Integrations page
  • Permission to approve the Google Calendar OAuth scopes during connect

Connect Google Calendar in BotDojo​

  1. Open Integrations in BotDojo.
  2. Find Google Calendar in the Agent Tools section.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Sign in with your Google account and approve the requested calendar permissions.
  5. Wait for BotDojo to finish the OAuth flow and save the integration.

Supported Actions​

Google Calendar supports these agent actions:

  • List events
  • Get an event by ID
  • Create an event
  • Update an event
  • Delete an event
  • List calendars

Troubleshooting​

  • Connect fails: confirm the Google account can approve the requested Calendar scopes.
  • Events do not appear: verify you are querying the correct calendar or date range.
  • Create/update actions fail: make sure the connected account has edit access to the target calendar.
