Freshdesk

BotDojo can integrate with Freshdesk to sync knowledge base articles and tickets.

Requirements

  • Freshdesk agent API key (from your Freshdesk profile)
  • Your Freshdesk domain, e.g., yourcompany.freshdesk.com

Connect Freshdesk

  1. In BotDojo, go to Integrations → Data.
  2. Select Freshdesk.
  3. Enter:
    • Domain: yourcompany.freshdesk.com
    • API Key: your Freshdesk API key
  4. Click Connect and Test Connection.

What gets synced

  • Articles: Help Center (Solutions) articles, saved as Markdown with frontmatter under articles/.
  • Tickets: Tickets with conversations and notes, saved as JSON under tickets/.
