Freshdesk
BotDojo can integrate with Freshdesk to sync knowledge base articles and tickets.
Requirements
- Freshdesk agent API key (from your Freshdesk profile)
- Your Freshdesk domain, e.g.,
yourcompany.freshdesk.com
Connect Freshdesk
- In BotDojo, go to Integrations → Data.
- Select Freshdesk.
- Enter:
- Domain:
yourcompany.freshdesk.com - API Key: your Freshdesk API key
- Domain:
- Click Connect and Test Connection.
What gets synced
- Articles: Help Center (Solutions) articles, saved as Markdown with frontmatter under
articles/. - Tickets: Tickets with conversations and notes, saved as JSON under
tickets/.
