Google Sheets

Connect Google Sheets to BotDojo so agents can read and write spreadsheet data.

Before You Start

You will need:

• A Google account with access to the target spreadsheet
• Access to BotDojo's Integrations page
• Permission to approve the Google OAuth scopes during connect

Connect Google Sheets in BotDojo

1. Open Integrations in BotDojo.
2. Find Google Sheets in the Agent Tools section.
3. Click Connect.
4. Sign in with your Google account and approve the requested spreadsheet permissions.
5. Wait for BotDojo to finish the OAuth flow and save the integration.

Google Sheets supports these agent actions:

• Append a row
• Append or update a row
• Read a sheet
• Update a row
• Clear a sheet range
• Delete rows
• Create a sheet
• Remove a sheet
• Create a spreadsheet
• Delete a spreadsheet

Troubleshooting

• Connect fails: approve the Google OAuth prompt again and make sure the account has Sheets access.
• Read or write actions fail: confirm the sheet is shared with the connected Google account.
• Row updates do not match: verify the key column and range you pass into the tool.
