#Choose the Product Tools the account needs

Product Tools let permitted workspace agents work with BotDojo surfaces on a user’s behalf. Enable only the capabilities the intended group needs, then verify the resulting behavior with a representative workspace request.

Build and manage BotDojo agents.
Work with available data indexes.
Inspect flow traces when troubleshooting or reviewing execution.
Create and update supported user-visible BotDojo results.

#Set availability and permissions

A Product Tool can be unavailable because it is not enabled for the intended users or the current workspace does not inherit the required access. Review the administrator policy first, then confirm the effective Workspace Access as a regular user before broadening permissions.
