Review account usage, metric definitions, credits, and subscription controls in one place.
Billing is the account-level view of the current plan, usage, credits, and subscription controls. Account administrators can review this information. Only the account owner can change the subscription or purchase additional credits.
Review the billing period
The page shows the current plan and Billing Period, followed by usage charts for the period. Each chart identifies its unit and, when applicable, the included plan allowance.
Use the charts to compare recorded usage with the included limit. The metrics shown depend on the plan and the features used by the account.
Understand usage metrics
| Metric | What it measures |

| Flow Requests | Requests that run a Flow, including agent interactions and automations. |
| Debug Traces | Traces recorded while testing and debugging Flows. |
| Stored Vector Dimensions | The dimensions currently stored for vector data used by Indexes. This is a current stored amount rather than a cumulative request count. |
| Web Scraping Minutes | Compute time used by web scraping, shown in minutes. |
| Web Searches | Searches performed through BotDojo web-search capabilities. |
| Voice Minutes | Minutes used by voice sessions. |
| Voice Transfer Minutes | Minutes used after a voice session is transferred. |
| Inference Call Cost | Model inference charges recorded for the billing period, shown in US dollars. |
Model rates vary by provider and model. Use the Models catalog to compare the currently listed input and output prices.
Subscription and credits
The account owner can use the plan action to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel the subscription. When model-credit integrations are available, the page also shows the current balance and lets the owner purchase additional credits.
Users who are not the account owner can review Billing but see an explanation that subscription changes must be made by the owner.
