Voice Clones

Create reusable project voices from approved audio samples.

Voice Clones create project voices for supported text-to-speech experiences. Open Advanced → Voice Clones to review the voice name, description, and creation date.

Create a voice

Select Create Voice Clone. The wizard has three steps:

  1. Upload Audio Files — upload one to five clear MP3, WAV, or M4A samples with minimal background noise. Each file can be up to 10 MB.
  2. Configure Voice — enter the required Voice Name and an optional description of its characteristics and intended use.
  3. Clone Voice — review the sample count and start processing. The progress display covers record creation, upload, and voice cloning.

Use only audio you are authorized to process and clone. Confirm the speaker's consent and your organization's rules before upload, and avoid samples that contain unrelated private conversation.

Delete a voice

Select one or more rows and Delete Voice. Deletion permanently removes the selected voice and its associated audio files and cannot be undone. Check Flows and deployments that select the voice before confirming.
