Views and Analytics
Use the Work Queue summary, built-in and saved views, filters, grouping, and usage analytics.
Every queue opens on Summary.
The summary groups items by status category and shows the completion percentage. Select a status card to open a filtered list for that stage. Use Refresh status counts after a large import or bulk update when you need an immediate count.
Built-in views
| View | What it contains |
|---|---|
| All Items | Every active item, with an optional quick status filter. |
| Needs Attention | Items whose action state requires an operator. |
| Assigned to AI | Items currently assigned to or being processed by agents. |
| Completed | Items whose current status is marked End Status. |
| Analytics | Flow usage and model-cost metrics associated with the queue. |
Business status and action state are intentionally separate, so the built-in operational views may contain items from several business statuses.
Create a saved view
A saved view preserves how the item grid should be queried and displayed:
- filters;
- sort order;
- visible columns;
- grouping;
- other supported grid state.
- Start from All Items or another grid view.
- Apply filters, sorting, columns, and grouping.
- Select Create View and enter a name.
- The new tab appears beside the built-in views.
When you change a saved view, use Update View to replace its configuration or Revert to restore the saved version. Edit the view name from its tab, or archive the view when it is no longer useful. Archiving a view does not archive its items.
Good saved views answer an operating question, such as “Chicago records ready for review” or “Needs clarification this week.” Avoid saving slight variations that differ only temporarily.
Analytics
Select Analytics to inspect usage associated with the queue.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| All Flows | Includes every Flow associated with queue work or limits the report to one Flow. |
| Select Facet | Breaks the report down by a supported dimension. |
| Day | Chooses the chart interval. |
| 1d–90d / Custom | Sets the reporting window. |
| Refresh | Reloads metrics for the selected controls. |
The page shows model cost and tokens used over time, model cost by usage, and requests by Flow when the queue has associated agent runs. A human-only or newly created queue can have item counts in Summary while Analytics remains empty.
