| Term | Definition |

| Workspace | A persistent conversation and working context where a user collaborates with an agent. |
| Skill | Reusable guidance and supporting material for a type of work. A Skill can include a Workflow Script. |
| Workflow Script | A typed program that coordinates known steps and delegates selected reasoning to an agent. |
| Workflow Run | One execution of a Workflow Script, including its visible state, steps, activity, errors, and result. |
| Scheduled Task | Work configured to start later or repeatedly without a user manually starting each run. |

| Artifact | A deliberate shareable copy created from a reviewed Workspace result. |
| Model Context Protocol (MCP) App | An interactive HTML result that can call permitted connection tools for its signed-in viewer. |
| Agent Pack | A governed MCP endpoint that exposes selected BotDojo resources to another supported agent environment. |
| Connection | A user-visible authorization and configuration that lets permitted agent work use an external service. |

| Personal resource | A connection, Skill collection, or other resource that belongs to the user. |
| Shared resource | A resource made eligible for account assignment by its owner or administrator. |
| Group assignment | A policy that grants selected shared resources to its members. |
| Workspace override | A setting that changes effective access for work in one Workspace without changing the user’s general default. |
