Shared skills	Team-approved methods made available through a shared skill collection and account permissions.

#Availability in new workspaces

Use Personalization to decide which available collections the agent can discover in new workspaces. Availability does not replace account access: an administrator must first make a shared collection available to your group.

Workspace Skills view listing personal BotDojo and Acme skill collections — Workspace Skills shows the reusable guidance currently available to the agent in this workspace.
