Create recurring follow-up

Build a recurring follow-up process that uses a skill, approved connection access, and reviewable run results.

Run the follow-up once in Workspace Chat. Verify how recipients are selected, what information is included, and which actions must remain drafts or require approval.

    Create or choose a skill

    Put the repeatable selection and writing method in a skill.

    Choose the connection

    Grant only the source and action tools the process needs.

    Decide on sending

    Keep messages as drafts unless unattended sending is explicitly intended and permitted.

    Schedule and monitor

    Review run history and the actual resulting drafts or messages.
