Flow Requests
Unit of work for AI Agent and Automation
What it is: Each time your application or users interact with BotDojo Flow, it counts as one flow request. A BotDojo Flow can be an AI Agent, Evaluation, Summarization, Data Extraction, or Backend Automation.
Examples: Support chat interaction, summarizing a ticket, running an evaluation, or auditing a human agent on a call.
Typical Usage:
- 1 request per ticket summary
- 1 request per chat interaction
- 1 request for each evaluation
Example: Per Customer Support Chat Session: 26 requests (5 interactions, 20 evaluations, 1 summary)
Vector Dimensions
Stored embeddings for AI search & retrieval
What it is: Vector dimensions represent the storage space needed for AI embeddings of your content. When you upload documents, images, or text, they're converted into numerical vectors that enable semantic search and AI understanding.
How it's calculated: Each piece of content is processed and converted into 1,536-dimensional vectors for AI understanding and search capabilities.
Calculation Examples
Ticket Summary:
- 1 summary ~3,000 vector dimensions
6-Page PDF Scenario:
- Average: 300 words per page = 1,800 total words
- ~12,000 characters total (6.7 chars per word average)
- Content split into ~6 chunks (2,000 chars each)
- Each chunk → 1,536 dimensions
- Total: 9,216 vector dimensions
Actual dimensions may vary based on content complexity, formatting, embedding model, and chunking strategy.

Applications: Call transcription, voice assistants, meeting summaries, podcast processing, and automated voicemail analysis.
Billing: Charged per minute of call. Includes call handling, speech-to-text conversion, text-to-speech synthesis, and call recordings.
Web Scraping Hours
Automated data collection from websites
What it is: Web scraping hours measure the compute time used to automatically extract data from public websites, including page loading, data extraction, and processing time.
Common uses: Price monitoring from public e-commerce sites, competitor analysis, lead generation from publicly available directories, news aggregation, and market research automation from public sources.
Efficiency: Our optimized scraping can typically process hundreds of public web pages per hour, depending on website complexity and data requirements.
LLM Costs
AI model usage and processing fees
What it is: LLM (Large Language Model) costs cover the actual API fees charged by AI providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google for processing your text, generating responses, and running AI analysis.

What it is: Professional consulting hours provide access to BotDojo experts for custom development, integration support, optimization, and strategic guidance on your AI automation projects.

Overage Pricing
Pay-as-you-grow pricing for additional usage
